The idea behind Pack your Patience is calming the chaos. The chaos most of the time is in your mind. You CAN retrain your brain to be more positive, find calm in situations that are triggering and work towards your mental health goals.
Even if it’s just a couple minutes a day, I encourage you to try out these journal prompts for shadow and inner child work. Some nights it feels like as soon as my head hits the pillow my mind starts racing. It’s helpful to have a journal next to your bed so you can do a “brain dump” at night and get everything off of your mind for a more restful sleep.
